The collecting table, also known as buffer conveyor or collecting conveyor, is specifically designed to optimize efficiency and convenience for the operator. Its primary function is to gather individual cartons or bundled cartons. It presents them in an organized row. The width of the row can be adjusted to the size of the shipper. It can be placed as a reliable buffer between serialization or bundling machine and any type of manual or semi-automatic packaging system. Especially in front of one of our Technico Pharma aggregation units or shipper folding station.
The system is engineered with ergonomics in mind, enabling easy operation by a single operator. By positioning cartons in an orderly manner, it reduces physical strain and simplifies manual shipper loading. With its GMP compliant design, the conveyor is built to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, making it suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food.
