This automatic case aggregation system provides an efficient and flexible intermediate step between a fully automated case packer/palletizer and a standard manual aggregation station, offering an optimal balance between automation level, investment, floor space and operational flexibility.

The aggregation systems are designed for serialized pharmaceutical products. The aggregation unit folds automatically the bottom of a shipper case, prints a unique label and applies it on the corner of the shipper case. The shipper can be loaded manually with single cartons or bundled cartons. A high resolution camera reads the serialized code on each carton per layer (Pack by layer). After the last layer has been confirmed, the shipper will be closed by an integrated tape-sealer.

This GMP-compatible machine has an ergonomic design and is easy to clean and can be operated by one operator.

Customized to your needs

The automatic case aggregation unit can be integrated into a production line or purchased as a stand-alone unit. Technico Pharmaceutical Engineering’s aggregation units are customizable to handle the desired case size. For our standard machines, this ranges from 130 x 130 x 130 to 600 x 400 x 400 [mm] (L x W x H).
