These pictures on this page are from a syringe buffer with delta robot loading in a blister machine. This configuration is specifically designed and made by Technico Pharmaceutical Engineering to increase the efficiency of the whole line. When the syringe assembly part of the infeed line is stopped by an error, the robot can fill the blisters by taking syringes from the buffer for some minutes. Otherwise the robot can fill the buffer when the syringe assembly part of the line is running but the blister or cartoning machine has stopped.
Design Options
- Length of infeed conveyor can go up to 6 meter.
- Buffer belts on 1 or both sides of the infeed conveyor.
- Robot gripper can pick 1, 2 or 3 products at one movement.
- Number of buffer positions is related with the buffer time. Depending on the size of your product, there can be more than one row on your buffer belt.
