A shipper case with needles can be emptied into the needle bunker. A Jacob's ladder transports the needles onto rotating shafts, which neatly line them up and guide them to the needle wheels. The needle wheels are equipped with servo motors that place the needles in the pocket of your machine at precisely the right moment. For this purpose, we equip your conveyor belt with holders, your blister machine, or any other machine with an encoder. Your machine can operate continuously (conveyor belt) or intermittently (blister machine). The needle position in your pocket can be adjusted laterally to the pocket's direction of movement. The complete needle feeder can be placed on a precision slide for this purpose. This GMP-compatible machine has an ergonomic design and is easy to clean.
