Key Features
The PVC trolleys are specially designed for internal transport of blister PVC (plastic) and folie rolls from the warehouse to the production area (blister machine). Multiple trolleys can be transported in a row behind a forklift using the built-in mechanical coupling. The trolleys are also equipped with handles for manual fine positioning in the machine.
With the blue plastic insert, half rolls can also be transported or removed from the machine.
The trolley shown below is suitable for rolls with a diameter of at least 180 mm and up to 800 mm. The maximum roll weight is 200 kg.

Dust reducer
The dust reducer is specially designed to dump tablets dust-free from an 8 kg bag or big bag into a hopper. Various dust free solutions have been created by Technico so far. Vial pusher
The vial pusher is specially designed to push vials out of a tray into a buffer conveyor or carousel. The nose of the vial pusher can be opened manually to prevent the vials from falling over during pushing out of the tray.
