In the primary packaging room (cleanroom) the air pressure is different than the pressure in the secondary packaging space. When products are transported through a wall opening (mouse hole) from the cleanroom and the pressure difference is too large, the products can be blown or slide off the conveyor.

As a solution, a mouse hole with multiple pressure chambers has been designed. By gradually reducing the pressure, the direct pressure difference is minimized, ensuring that the products remain on the conveyor.

Noise reducing roller

For existing conveyors with a belt made of plastic links/chains that produce too much noise, Technico has developed noise-reducing rollers. By applying pressure with a spring loaded roller at a specific point underneath the conveyor the noise level is significantly reduced.

For existing tube filling machines, Technico produces customized tube holders specifically tailored to each format tube. We design your tube in 3D and create a perfectly fitting tube holder to prevent any damage to the tube during production. The holding force is centred and can be adjusted. 

Loading tower on blister packaging machine

For existing blister machines, Technico has developed filling towers that allow loading with reusable cardboard sleeves. The height of the tower is configurable to buffer time and ergonomics.

Printing sliding plates

For various printhead brands, Technico has developed new printing plates. The printhead (or more than one) is directly mounted on the sliding plate, eliminating any transitions or vibration. The same plate can contain also the control camera that checks the print. The printing plate also ensures that the cardboard flaps remain flat.
